Postify are thrilled to be working in partnership with one of Newcastles leading Google Partners -About the roleWe are looking for a Paid Social Manager to launch paid social as a service for our agency. This isnt for someone who wants to be micromanaged or told how to suck eggs.You are going to be hungry to take something and make it your own. Youll be launching the service, ensuring we land the right type of client, developing reporting, and processes for how we best service our clients, as well as managing their budgets, creative,and everything else that goes intopaid social campaigns. Thats exciting, rightAbout youExperience in setting up, creating, measuring, and rening social media campaigns on Facebook/Instagram (must have)Experience managing a portfolio of clients, and juggling their needs proactively. We dont wait for the client to complain to start doing our best work.Understanding of the proactive campaign management leading to smashing ROAS targets. Were all about revenue, baby.While we are looking for strong technical skills when it comes to Facebook business manager etc. we also look for some of the following soft skills.Creativityits not always about doing whats gone before or using the clients assets. Can you advise on something even betterOrganisedagencies thrive on organisation and eciency. Can you work smarter, not harder, when required Youll be spinning a lot of plates, so need to be organisationally switched onSelf motivated/proactivitywere not micromanagers so youll be trusted to just get on with it.Problem solving - every day is unique and throws up a different challenge.
