Outsourcing SeniorOur professional services client based in Newcastle pride themselves on their high levels of service delivery to their clients, and are looking for an Accountant to join them as an Outsourcing Senior or Manager who can share their same ethos as they continue to grow their outsourcing team.Working with small to medium sized privately owned businesses you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients whilst being supported by the rest of the team in the delivery of transactional services.As Outsourcing Senior you will work closely alongside the Partner, helping to ensure the day to day running of the department is smooth. If you are an Outsourcing Manager level you will also assist with managing workflow and deadlines, client queries and supporting the team with guidance and or training they may require.Services offered range from bookkeeping through to monthly management accounts, budgets, cashflow analysis and year end statutory accounting. Your role will be hands on with these elements and you may be involved in the review of accounts and discussion with clients (Manager role), playing an instrumental role in the advisory services to your clients.You will find yourself taking on the position of Finance Manager with your clients. This will foster the development of strong working relationships with business owners and increase your understanding of their organisation. This detailedknowledge along with your experience as an Accountant will equip you with the tools to provide advice that will be instrumental to their strategic business decisions.This position mixes the skills from both practice and industry with the ability to get involved in the detail as well as enjoying the variety of working across multiple sectors. As such interest is welcomed from those with a practice background who havesince moved into industry and can share a deeper understanding of the role in hand. At the same time we welcome those still in the profession.We are looking for a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task. We will also consider qualified by experience and part qualified Accountants. You must be organised with with a passion to provide first class customer service. You will need to be innovative in your thinking, oftensearching for solutions.
