Outbound Telesales ExecutiveLocation: Newcastle upon TyneThe RoleWere an ambitious team who really celebrate ideas and innovation, championing our people to play an influential part in our journey. You will speak directly to our landlords or tenants to offer the opportunity to buy products that are valuable in the world of rentalsthis includesrent guarantee insurance for landlords, contents insurance for tenants, and TV & broadband packages.A typical week as an Outbound Telesales Executive might involve: Proactively contacting a high-volume of leads to understand customer needs and maximise sales opportunities Explaining compliance regulations to tenants/landlords Achieving weekly KPIs and performance metrics relevant to business requirements i.e. dials, call time, sales and conversions Attending relevant compliance, product and service training Being the point of contact to answer queries, resolve problems and provide solutions Recording information in relevant databases and ensuring the lead portal is kept up to date Liaising with internal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the best outcomes for tenants/landlords Regular sharing of learnings to colleagues and key stakeholders internally to enhance service and product offeringWe are looking for somebody who: Is an excellent verbal communicatorconfident, professional and approachable. Is able to manage and take ownership of a busy workload. Thrives in, and is able to contribute to, a hardworking and dynamic team. Has a willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.
