Job Description

We are looking for a number Sales Executives to come and join us at TotalEnergiesGas & Power. We have significant growth plans for 2021 for our SME Direct sales team due to continued growth & success of our sales team operation in our Newcastle office based at the heart of the city with panoramic rooftop views across the city center.You will be joining one of the leading energy suppliers within the UK and to be part of the one of worlds leading oil and gas companies who are a leading player in low-carbon energies. Our Business is on a mission to become "The UKs most Trusted EnergySupplier" keeping the customer at the heart of what we do.The role will be will be responsible for contacting a portfolio of customers via phone and email to negotiate energy contracts directly with new and existing customers. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate success within a target driven telesalesenvironment.Package Details:Salary: £25,000paCommission: Highly achievable and transparent, Up to 55% of base salary - paid quarterlyBenefits: Wide range of benefitsWorking Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pmLocation: The Pearl - 7 New Bridge St W, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8AQBenefits:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for the retention and acquisition of Gas & Power contracts for Business Customers
  • To contact a large portfolio of customers via phone and email to develop business and achieve daily KPIs
  • To quote customers using our bespoke CRM systems accurately
  • To develop and manage a portfolio of customers, building relationships and identifying business opportunities to maximise product holding through cross-selling and up-selling.
  • To work closely with the Sales Support Team ensuring quality and accuracy of sales are of the highest standard
  • Overcoming sales objections
  • To manage any customer queries to resolution and to provide support when required for escalated complaints or more complex queries in accordance with company policy.
The successful candidate:
  • Demonstrate successes within a target driven telesales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
