Job Description

Onboarding Supervisor - Financial Services, Newcastle-upon-TyneSalary circa £27,500 (negotiable DOE) and OTE circa £50,000 per annumTalent84 is delighted to once again be supporting our award-winning fintech client with their search for an Onboarding Supervisor to join their Technical Planning team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to join one of the UK’sleading wealth management companies to support with the training and onboarding of new advisers. The successful candidate with hold the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or at least be working towards this qualification. A background in trainingand competency would be highly advantageous.Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions for clients, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively use our products and services
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of client onboarding
  • Providing insight and support on the regulated advice process
  • Assist in delivery of formal adviser introduction course
  • Conduct thorough assessments and report on adviser competency
  • Ensure all advisers are competent, compliant and meeting company standards and procedures
Requirements
  • Ideally hold Level 4 in Regulated Financial Planning, partially qualified considered if working towards obtaining full diploma
  • Have a robust understanding and knowledge of investment products and taxation
  • Demonstrable experience in Financial Services, particularly with a regulated advice environment
  • A background in Training and Competence would be highly desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear technical support to advisers
