Job Description

Working as a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and varied manufacturing environment, you will be joining my verysuccessful client on a full-time, permanent basis. My client is seeking an experienced Office Manager to come into their business and keep things running the way they should be, they are looking for the type of person that thrives in a busy role and is happy to contribute wherever their help is neededday to day. Ideally, you would be an experienced Office Manager that has worked in the manufacturing sector, however, if you feel you have the relevant experience and are looking for a step up in your career, then we would certainly love to hear from you!JOB TITLE: Office Manager LOCATION: NE4SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 (can be negotiated depending on experience)OPPORTUNITY: PermanentHOURS: 36.5 hours, Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, Friday 9 am - 4 pmDuties:

  • Coordination of staff duties
  • Purchase / Sales order processing
  • Invoicing
  • Year-End Processing
  • VAT Reconciliation
  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Liaising with clients
  • Preparation for daily staff meetings
  • General tasks associated with Sage 50 Accounts
  • Any ad hoc duties
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Approachable, eager, and happy to muck in with all aspects of the business
  • Self-motivated & proactive
  • Office management experience (Ideally in the manufacturing environment)
  • Must have a can do attitude
  • Sage50
