Currently, there are 900+ employees in the LeoVegas Group worldwide, with around 120 of them being based at LeoVegasUK in the newly renovated office, based in Gosforths Esh Plaza in Newcastle upon Tyne.At LeoVegas UK they provide managed services for 9 brands targeted at the UK market, these offer Casino, Live Casino, Bingo or Sports Betting products to their customers. The most notable of these brands are LeoVegas, Pink Casino, Bet UK, 21.co.uk and CrownBingo.Now for the details on this exciting opportunity - Are you a creative thinker With a passion for events and people Then you should continue reading.This role will have a dual aim. Firstly, to focus on getting the day-to-day office activities running like clockwork. This may be liaising with the landlord and cleaners and making sure the weekly food shop is delivered on time. After a year from home, thisrole is vital to making the office a special place for all staff to feel welcome back to. Your job will be making the staff feel excited and engaged in the office environment. The other string to your bow will be organising engagement activities on a localand global scale. This may be working with a global team to organise aligned events across borders or running our annual health and wellbeing week.Although you will be part of a wider team to support you, there will also be lots of creative freedom for you to come up with new ideas and plans then execute them to keep improving the experience for the local and global employees time and again. This rolewill be an exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity for an exceptional candidate. The sky really is the limit.Roles and responsibilities:o Ensure smooth day to day management of the Officeo Maintaining facilities of office environmento Meet with suppliers to discuss further benefits for employees and the office in generalo Organise and lead annual conferenceo Planning and organisation of regular company events and activitieso Booking and organising conference and workshops taking place outside the officeo Assist with travel arrangements between offices including flights and accommodationo Manage the budget for office events including payment arrangementso Oversee the ordering of office supplies and groceries including food for events and special occasionso Experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative dutieso Take responsibility for office health and safety and fire procedureso Provide a first- class experience to office visitors, be self-driven in regard to welcoming everyoneo To be seen as the office ambassador; supporting and assisting employees with whatever they need at worko Assist in the onboarding process for new hireso Use initiative to increase the experience of everyone in the officeIf you feel you have the right skills, creativity and passion for making the working environment the best it can be then get in touch today to tell me all about how you would be the perfect fit for the role.Fulltime - permanent roleSalary £25,000 - £28,000 with superb benefits that are fully aligned wit employee wellbeing and development.
