New Homes Sales Advisor Permanent,Full TimeSalary £19, 360 to £21,239per annum (depending on experience) per annum plus bonusSelling our new homes through outstanding customer experience.Thats when it hits home.We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as a New Homes Sales Advisor, supporting us to sell our new build homes across the UK. Youll provide an outstanding first point of contact experience to our customers who are enquiring about buying one ofour new homes. Youll also help with further enquiries which customers may have up to and after moving in. Youll ensure that every contact (whether through our website, email or phone) is maximised with amazing service to ensure that no sales opportunitiesare missed. Working together with your colleagues in the sales, marketing and aftercare teams, youll smash sales targets, delight our customers and be an advocate for information on our homes and buying options.This is a brilliant opportunity to join our award-winning team (did you know were recognised as developing one of the best houses at the What House Awards 2019).Operating under our exciting and recently launched sales brand Persona Homes, youll havethe opportunity to be involved in selling affordable apartments to family homes, on an outright sale and shared ownership basis. In doing so youll be helping hundreds of people get onto and move up the property ladder.
