Weve grown from one brand and three members of staff in 2006 to over 2,000 professionals working in 20+ locations across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.This is an incredibly exciting time to join us as we continue our exceptional growth strategy and expand into new markets while maintaining our leading position in the markets we currently operate in.As our Content Marketing Manager, youll be responsible for the creation, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of a robust B2B and B2C content marketing strategy. This strategy will encompass our 12 global recruitment, training, consulting and awards brandsincluding Tenth Revolution Group, all Frank Recruitment Group brands, Revolent Group, The Digital Revolution Awards, and Rebura.Working with the Marketing management team, brand managers, and our Head of Content and SEO, youll develop annual content plans to support our off-site SEO, link building, digital PR, social media, Account Based Marketing, and Marketing Automation strategiesaligned with our business goals.The Content Marketing Manager will work closely with our Head of Market Insights on the creation of annual Careers and Hiring Guides, with the final reports forming a significant part of the overall content marketing strategy.You and your team will create a range of content, including blog articles, news stories, press releases, quizzes, whitepapers, downloadable resources, videos, salary calculators, webinars, training courses, bylined articles for third-party outlets, and commentsfor journalists.As part of your role, youll be responsible for training, mentoring, developing and assessing the content team, currently comprising six content writers.Whats in it for you:

What our ideal candidate looks like:
  • You will have previously worked in a senior content position or as a content team leader.
  • You will have a real thirst for knowledge, staying up to date on emerging trends and best practices in content marketing.
  • You will be a prolific writer, able to research and turn around content to tight deadlines.
  • Able to build a replicable and scalable content strategy and see the bigger picture of how content strategy feeds into the overall business objectives.
  • Capable of coordinating and writing exciting, engaging, and well-researched long-form content in collaboration with leading influencers in our sector (e.g., for white papers or reports).
  • Able to create short-form copy for web, crafting responses to journalist requests, and writing ultra-short-form (e.g., ad copy).
  • Experience researching, creating, and delivering presentation and webinar copy to suit our range of audiences.
  • Skilled and experienced in using content splintering/repurposing tactics to create multiple pieces of content from one resource (e.g., a webinar becomes a transcript, a summary blog post, turned into a white paper, etc.).
  • You need to be a perfectionist when it comes to detail and have the flair to create the right content at the right moment for our audience.
To be considered for this role, youll need to have:
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a results-driven content marketing role
  • The ability to optimise content for SEO, making sure your content is found by our audience
  • Excellent time-management, planning, communication, and organisation skills
  • Impeccable written English, self-proofing, and editing skills
To really set yourself apart, youll also have:
  • Recognised marketing qualifications
  • Familiarity with marketing automation practices (email copy, landing page copy, custom redirects, ROI tracking) and software - especially Pardot
Although our office is based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we are considering applications from those wishing to work remotely as our team is also currently remote.
