Job Description

Network Engineer - Multiple positions - Up to £40,000Job DescriptionMy client are one of the fastest growing IT companies in the UK. They are currently looking for a number of Network Engineers to join their growing teams. In this role, you will have access to exclusive trainings and industry certifications to supportyour career in IT. This role is a Network-focused role and will require candidates with previous experiences in a similar position.Role & Responsibilities

  • Incident management of Technical support incidents and requests
  • Working closely with our service delivery team and other technical support teams
  • Ensure jobs are carried out within the allocated SLAs
  • Strive to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Support customers and provide a great level of customer service
Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Networking qualification
  • Good understanding of general network technology including WAN/LAN/WLAN
  • Good understanding of routing protocols including OSPF/BGP
  • Good understanding of Cisco devices including routers/switches/firewalls
  • Previous experience in a similar role
Desirable
  • Knowledge of Sophos UTM/XG
  • Knowledge of Enterasys/Extreme switches
