Job Description

(Mid & Senior) UX Designer - Newcastle or Remote - up to £52K DOEA leading consultancy is currently hiring for multiple UX Designers to join their team. This company are renowned for delivering impactful and meaningful change through technology across their Health, Social Care, Government and Private Sector clients.They are remote-first organisation, and offer a flexible work pattern, helping you to balance your job with your other priorities such as childcare or your health/wellbeing. You can be based 100% or chose to work from one of their offices in London or Newcastle.It is essential that you are based in the UK.Were looking for experienced and proactive Mid & Senior User Experience Designers to take a leading role in drawing together their clients business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities to design simple and intuitive services and products.As a Senior UX Designer Youll also be involved in planning their approach to new business, coaching and mentoring colleagues and supporting recruitment into the team.Skills:

  • A strong background within UX Design
  • Able to plan user flows, journeys and information architecture that allows users to navigate through an end-to-end service or product
  • Creating prototypes, including sketches, wireframes etc.
  • Provides and implements recommendations for iterations or improvements based on regular user research, analytics, behavioural data and testing feedback
  • Able to communicate ideas and rationale/evidence clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders, advocating for user-centred design
  • Ensures designs are accessible to everyone, including users with visual, hearing, mobility, and cognitive impairments, achieving AA standard as a minimum
