Job Title: CRM Marketing ExecutiveLocation: Newcastle upon Tyne (hybrid)Salary: 25k (negotiable based on experience)Our client is part of a fast-growing online casino group. They are growing rapidly with new websites and are entering new markets on a regular basis. They are looking for a CRM Marketing Executive to join their ever-growing and dynamic team based in NewcastleUpon Tyne.Role & Responsibilities:* Co-ordinating, creating and sending - engaging, unique, persuasive, and clear marketing communications to customer database.* Creating player segments with correct player KPIs.* Creating on-site promotions and bonuses aiming to convert, retain and re-engage lapsed players.* Testing player journeys and promotion related games.* Writing and proof-reading promotional terms and conditions.* Briefing images to an external design agency.* Creating content and liaising with an external translation company for communications and on-site content.* Liaising with internal Customer Service Team, informing them about all ongoing promotions and answering any queries.Skills & Experience:* Eye for detail.* Hard-working and ambitious quick learner.* Self-motivator, who regularly uses their own initiative.* Ideally Business/Marketing background with a keen interest in iGaming industry.* Any foreign language skills are beneficial, but not essential.* E-commerce CRM background preferred.* Good writing and proof-reading skills.The Benefits:* Bonus scheme.* Pension scheme.* Private health insurance* Flexible hybrid working terms.If this role sounds like something you would be interested in simply click "apply" and one of our consultants will contact you to get things rolling.
