Job Title: Marketing CRM Executive Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne Salary: £25,000 (negotiable based on experience)Our client is part of a fast-growing online casino group. They are growing rapidly with new websites and entering new markets on a regular basis. They are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their ever-growing and dynamic team based in Newcastle UponTyne. Responsibilities: Co-ordinating, creating and sending engaging, unique, persuasive and clear marketing communications to the customer database. Creating player segments with correct player KPIs. Creating on-site promotions using back office promotional tools to convert, retain and bring back lapsed players to the sites. Testing player journeys and promotion related games. Writing and proof-reading promotional terms and conditions. Briefing images to an external design agency. Creating content and liaising with an external translation company for communication and on-site content. Liaising with internal Customer Service Team, informing them about all ongoing promotions and answering any queries. Analysis of campaigns and summarising findings. Requirements: Ideally degree educated or at least 1-2 years experience in a marketing/business role. Good writing and proof-reading skills. Eye for detail. Ideally Business/Marketing background with a keen interest in iGaming. Any foreign language skills are beneficial, but not essential. Benefits: Bonus scheme. Pension scheme Private health insurance.
