Our client operates nationwide constructing new build homes and serving local communities. This is a permanent role from day 1 witha lucrative package and the chance to work for a highly recognised organisation.THE ROLEYou will be responsible for primarily aftercare making slight changes to new customers homes.Carrying out all work assigned on the day from fitting a new front door, fitting internal doors to fixing skirtings.Installing insulation into loft spaces.Going on site and carrying out work as and when required to unfinished homes.Acting as the face of the business and dealing with customers in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring the companies values are upheld at all times.Ensuring all locations worked in are left in pristine condition.Ensuring that you take pride in your work.THE PERSONEssential:Previous experience in a similar role.Previous experience working in a joinery tradeTeam player and a people person.Trade skills and knowledge.Varied trade skills and knowledge of plastering, painting and decorating.Desirable:NVQ or C&G qualifications.CSCS Card.Time served joiner.THE PACKAGE£13.15 hourly rate£80 weekly bonus - No target to hitPrivate healthcareShares Scheme - Buy shares within the company at a discounted rateCompany phone, van & fuel providedUniforms providedWorking hours: Mon-Fri 8AM - 4:30PM25 days holidayFree parkingOvertime availableTO APPLYPlease apply for this position and your CV will go direct to our Engineering Consultant Johnny Hutton who is leading the search.
