Job Description

People who know the intricacies and nuances of the conveyancing process who can pass on knowledge to others in a positive manner.   • Fundamental in delivering unrivalled service in all residential conveyancing matters in a high-volume environment
  • The go to person for legal support to conveyancing teams
  • Facilitating the approval of the legal title for exchange of contracts
  • Pushed to reach your potential through exposure to all residential transactions within the business, supported by tailored training and development specific to you
  • Great with the team, motivating them to achieve more and being supportive when needed.
There are a couple of things we need from you to make this work. The non-negotiables are:
  • A strong knowledge and deep understanding of the conveyancing process, ideally with exposure to complex title checks and enquiries
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and importantly, you need to embrace change as the business moves through industry and technological advances.
  • You need to thrive in a team environment, helping bring the best out of others and pushing yourself to improve as well.
