A leading FTSE financial services company is looking for an experienced ITSM Lead to join their team based in Newcastle on an initial 1yr fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established ITSM function and drive their continuous improvements across the business.The OpportunityThis is an opportunity for an experienced IT Service Management professional to join an established ITSM team with a leading financial services business. You will be joining a small but mighty team who have been established for 4 years, they are currentlygoing through a maturity assessment to define their future direction, processes, and tooling. You will be responsible for all ITSM processes, across Incident, Problem, Change, SACM and ServiceTransition.They are looking for somebody who knows their way around ITSM process, ITIL V3/4 and ServiceNow.You will have the experience to be able to identify gaps and improvements and then the knowledge and initiative to introduce improvements to fill them. You will be familiar working with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical at all levels of businessand be able to influence strategic direction.
