Job Description

Internal Recruitment AdvisorCirca £35,000PermMy client, a well known, global Law Firm, are seeking an Internal Recruitment Advisor/Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Recruitment team.Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the role will play a key role in helping recruit Business Services and non-qualified staff into the firm.Experience of working as an in-house would be preferable, but the firm are also open to Agency Recruiters, looking to transition to in-house.Salary circa: £35,000.Location: Flexible - can be based from one of the firms UK offices (London, North West, North East, South West, Yorkshire). The role also comes with hybrid working.The key duties will include:

  • End-to-end recruitment of Business Services staff.
  • Actively searching for suitable candidates through online searching tools.
  • Building strong working relationships with Managers across the business.
  • Providing recruitment advice and feedback to Managers.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies and build relationships to ensure quality service.
  • Be involved in various recruitment projects as and when they arise.
The Internal Recruitment Advisor will need to be able to build relationships quickly. They will also need to able to work at pace and be comfortable juggling multiple roles at once.
