Job Description

Adecco are delighted to represent their client in a search for a experienced Install Coordinator/ AdministratorJob Purpose : To support the installation department on the installation of electrical systems & passive fire systems within communal areas and properties, of multi-dwelling units.Responsibilities

  • To manage and co-ordinate the successful completion of installations
  • To act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and provide updates where required, ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Create & manage engineer calls on a daily basis, inclusive of rescheduling failed appointments
  • To maximise the daily Right First Time (RFT) completion rate of all installations, and all associated Key Performance Indicators
  • Completion and tracking of all required paperwork and certification arising from each successful installation.
  • To ensure accurate job completion on company CRM, inclusive of stock allocation
  • Qualifications
  • Min Grade 4 (C) MathsMin Grade 4 (C) English
  • Experience and Personal Attributes
  • Excellent admin skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level
  • Ability to co-ordinate and manage scheduled work within agreed timescales
  • Customer service
  • Desirable
  • Previous experience in an installation co-ordination role or admin role would be advantageous
  • Previous experience of using a CRMS, CASH especially
  • Knowledge of fire system grading and regulations
