We are delighted to be assisting our client with their requirement of a field based HR Advisor. This position is offered on a full time permanent basis covering the Northern area including Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland and Sunderland. . This positionoffers hybrid working and you will be working Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and 4.30pm finish on a Friday.This is a great opportunity to join an established business, working in a fast paced challenging environment as a field based HR Advisor covering the Northern region including Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland and Sunderland. You will provide a full andbroad range of HR advice, you will be expected to get involved with HR policies and procedures, managing complex casework including disciplinary, appraisal and capability, grievance, sickness/absence management, TUPE, change management and redundancy. Youwill be required to support various clients based in the northern region, so a home based office will be required for the days you are not based in the field.Travel is essential for this role and you will be required to provide your own transport for business use.To be considered for the field based HR Advisor position you will be a minimum of CIPD Level 5, ideally Level 7 and a current CIPD member. You will have experience of managing and solving a range of complex casework. You will have excellent interpersonalskills and the ability to manage difficult situations. You will have strong knowledge of employment law.
