Sacco Mann is recruiting for a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to join a firm based in Newcastle. The firm work within Personal Injury, Housing Disrepair, Clinical Negligence and Convyancing and are recognized by the Legal 500 with over 25 years experience.The firm are also committed members of APIL (Association for Personal Injury Lawyers) and a dedicated law firm for Headway.The Job Role:The housing disrepair team is going from strength to strength and due to expansion is looking for a fee earner to handle a claimant housing disrepair caseload of around 75 matters.Working as part of a team you will handle matters from initial instruction through to settlement. You will be expected to review all incoming information related to cases, process files and liaise with clients assessing level of claims. Other duties includereviewing witness statements, drafting court documents and negotiating with solicitors, courts and Counsel.To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have housing disrepair experience including dealing with litigated matters. In addition to your technical skills you will have strong attention to detail, and ability to work within a fast pacedenvironment.Benefits:
