Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to work within a government organisation at an HEO level.Your role will involve liaising with various members of teams and departments within the organisation in order to track budgets and spends with the results being fed back to the Chief Executive and Ministers.You will be working closely with and reporting into the Technical Change Assurance and Innovation Lead where you will be responsible for:- Tracking contractor and project spends- Analysing data- Attend board meetings- Take minutes- Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner- Budget PlanningThe successful candidate will have excellent Microsoft office skills including word, PowerPoint and excel with the ability to build a detailed spreadsheet for use within the teams, you will have excellent attention to detail as well as communication skillsand the ability to analyse and make decisions as well as the discretion when dealing with confidential information.This role can be office or home working and offers a competitive hourly rate of £15.07Please apply below
