As such we require a capable and confident Head of Operations who can be involved in strategic discussions and planning with the Senior Leadership Teamand then ensure that projects and processes are put in place operationally for the growing team to deliver on.This role is 100% remote so the successful candidate will need to be disciplined and motivated, in exchange you will enjoy a superb work life balance and be well supported as part of an existing and expanding team.Job Purpose

  • Define and implement processes to streamline systems within the organisation.
  • Monitor workflow at a high level.
  • Form an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team; offer innovative ideas and support the Managing Director.
  • Offer a strategic viewpoint. Observe how work is completed and look to enhance it and make efficiencies.
  • Support the Managing Director to offer first-class client relationships.
  • Line manage, mentor, inspire and support a junior team.
  • Analyse data and measure the results of changes to processes.
  • Project management.

  • Educated to degree level or operating at it (qualified by suitable experience).
