Are you experienced in International TradeOur client is one of the largest membership organisations in the Region and they are looking to appoint a Head of International Trade to join their highly skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced international trade team.The role is integral within the businesses structure with responsibility of managing and leading their international trade function to ensure they deliver a consistent high standard of delivery to their members and businesses in the region.The international trade offering spans across export documentation, customs clearance service and international trade services including training delivery, international trade knowledge content, event delivery and a support desk for international trade queries.You will be required to develop and implement departmental strategy including events and business developmental opportunities, budget and financial resources planning, coordination and management.Are you a natural leaderThis role will be pivotal in coaching, mentoring, and leading the international trade team.Skills and experience are important but what is above all else will be character and willingness to learn and achieve.You will have experience of working in an international trade environment and a string understanding of UK customs procedures and processes.Basic salary of £50,000, 25 days annual leave increasing with each year of service, life assurance, healthcare scheme, flexible working/hybrid plus many more benefits on offer.
