Our people live and breathe our SPIRIT values; we are the place for spirited people.More about your roleAs the Head of Asset & Project Management you will lead the Asset & Projects team, that operates within the Workplace Solutions function, providing daily leadership and direction for asset and project management activities across our workplaces. The lastfew years have fundamentally changed the approach to the workplace, with an increase in homeworking, hybrid working, and the facilities required for on-site workers. You will directly contribute to driving forward the Groups approach to New Ways of Workingand will keep under review the best workplace solutions for a diverse business with a large, flexible and agile workforce, reporting into the Director, Workplace Solutions.You and your team will oversee all asset and project management activities including data management, asset database, asset reporting, as well as heading up significant commercial projects, property acquisitions, disposals and leasehold matters. This isa hands-on role operating in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.For more information please download our job profile available on our website.More about youWe are looking for a strategic thinker, a natural horizon scanner, who will contribute to ensuring that our workplaces are fit for now and the next 5-10 years. Workplaces that drive productivity, engagement and support an agile and flexible workforce.You will need to be a knowledgeable Asset and Project Management professional and have experience in delivering business critical projects including large scale workplace capital projects and developing multi premises asset and project management functions.You will be a member of relevant FM related organisation (IWFM, CIBSE, RICS, IAM etc.).
