Job Description

Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking)

  • Are you interested in customer service and nurturing a relationship with customers We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about customer service and wants to deliver an excellent service. The ideal candidate will have experiencein customer service and optimizing a customers journey.

  • The Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking) Role:
* You will have to create and nurture a relationship with the customer.* Actively contacting customers during their subscription year and helping them adopt thesolution with ease.* To optimize the customers product experience and guide them to internal support teams andexternal resources.* To renew customers in their anniversary period.* To identify and generate opportunities for additional licenses, products, or services.
  • To be a Customer Service Advisor (German Speaking) you will need:
* High level of fluency in written and spoken English and German* Previous sales and or customer service experience (a minimum of 6 months)* Excellent listening and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills including grammar and spelling.* You must have a minimum broadband speed of 10mgbs and a private room at home to work.
  • You will be required to use an ethernet cable and connect it to your home router.
