Charity People are thrilled to be working alongside the lifesaving RNLI to find a new engagement crew member for the North & East of England! Are you a talented Fundraising & Partnerships Lead who shares their vision; to save everyoneThis role is 23 months FTC to cover an internal secondment. Working as part of a fantastic wider team and reporting into a supportive manager the Fundraising & Partnerships Lead will be the go-to person for fundraising development expertise in the North andEast of England, covering Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Yorkshire, Humberside, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex. It is a big patch with some warm relationshipsin place but youll have the opportunity to develop existing support.This is a lovely broad and diverse role where youll support strategic planning, and identify and lead development opportunities to grow income. The culture at the RNLI is fantastic youll be working as one crew, sharing skills and knowledge with staff andvolunteers on the ground.About the role:As a Fundraising and Partnerships Lead youll:Support the delivery of the national partnership strategy at a regional level and facilitate content delivery and stakeholder management regionally and locally Monitor and manage fundraising and partnership income and expenditure budgets and prospect pipelinesMaintain an ongoing improvement programme across your region to ensure that resources are always deployed efficiently Support the delivery of income targets, increase engagement, increase supporter conversions, deepen relationships and diversify income streamsManage delivery of all fundraising and partnership goals and KPIs in conjunction with the Senior Community ManagerWork with the communications, events, face-to-face, legacy, media, philanthropy and trusts contacts within your region to help you achieve your goalsSupport volunteer recruitment, management and levels of support for fundraising and partnership activities across your regionAbout you:Youll be passionate about making a real difference for supporters, volunteers and customers. We are looking for someone with:Experience of engaging supporters and volunteers.A proven track record of results delivery in the areas of fundraising and partnerships.Exceptional written and verbal communication and engagement skillsManagement experience; ideally in leading field-based teams in a really collaborative way.This role can be homebased across the patch with extensive (meaningful) travel.
