Front End Developer Our client builds digital experiences with as much attention to substance as to style, with truly effective design solutions that engage and inform consumers and make life easier for the teams who manage them.As a part of our digital team, you will build beautiful, accessible, cutting-edge websites and digital applications for world-leading brands in the arts, culture, and entertainment space. They are responsible for the creation and application of design systemsusing HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Applicants could come from a design or programming background but should be equally comfortable operating and communicating in either field.What You’ll Do• Craft responsive, standards-compliant, HTML, CSS and JavaScript• Design for technical feasibility and user experience• Work closely with Designers and Developers• Evolve design systems in code and make informed design decisions• Build and manage pattern libraries, installing required modules/dependencies and creating necessary build processes• Construct clean and organised creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelinesEssentialsThe successful candidate is likely to have most of the following:• 2+ years of Digital agency experience as a Front End Designer/Developer or similar role• A strong portfolio demonstrating a passion for conceptual thinking, elegant code, and skills in visual communication• Experience working with and building modular design systems• A solid understanding of accessibility standards and best practices• An ability to self-motivate and work remotelyDesirable Skills• Figma• React or Vue experience
