Are you an administrator within the financial services sector, and are you currently looking for a new opportunity If so, this could be the role for you!We are delighted to be working with our client, an award-winning accountancy and business advisory, in their search for a Financial Services Administrator to join their team.Responsibilities:· Design, develop and maintain adequate and accurate records, including appropriate databases, electronic or paper files.· Prepare illustrations and application packs.· Submit new business via an investment platform and product providers.· Organise monthly client review meetings and prepare client review packs, including valuations and investment performance reports.· Administer investment portfolios including rebalancing and fund switching.· Ensure all relevant files are maintained accurately, are compliant and are up to date.· Create and produce letters, reports, and invoices as required or directed.· Develop and manage spreadsheets and other statistical records.You must be a team player, be resilient to do what is right even when it may be difficult, and you must be driven to succeed.If you’re interested, apply now for more information!
