Financial Promotions Consultant - home working Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 930 firms as business partners and approaching 3000 advisors working alongside us.PRIMIS offer world class support to our partner firms nationally through a multitude of support services which include our busy financial promotions team. We are eager to recruit a Financial Promotions Consultant into our existing Financial Promotions team with some team members working for the offices in Solihull, West Midalands and others working remotely across the UK.In order to qualify for the home working opportunity we would like to see Financial Services exposure ideally in a financial promotions / compliance associated role.Our Financial Promotions Team review, approve and oversee adviser communications in line with FCA and TCF principles. The range of work is broad and will cover all elements of financial promotions from social media, to websites, to printed advertising material.This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, but pivotal, team to deliver world class support to our brokers and internal customers.Role Purpose:Our Financial Promotions Team review, approve and oversee adviser communications in line with FCA and TCF principles. The range of work is broad and will cover all elements of financial promotions from social media, to websites, to printed advertising material.This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, but pivotal, team to deliver world class support to our brokers and internal customers and a role that could begin a rewarding career with Financial Services and Compliance.Key Accountabilities of the role:Provide assistance and guidance to advisers so that all financial promotions are compliant ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do.Ensure relevant policies and procedures are updated as necessary where things change.Follow FCA rules and guidelines for financial promotions and adhere to the B2B and B2C approval processes.Ensure timely and comprehensive oversight across all elements of financial promotions across all mediums.Assist in the management of the social media licencing processComplete regular website reviews to ensure content remains compliant and applicable.Identify risks and opportunities within your workload and highlight to ensure continual development in output and service, as well as risk mitigation within financial promotions.Ideal Experience and Knowledge:Minimum 1 years experience in the financial services sectorExperience of high-quality service delivery when dealing with customersFull role specific training will be givenLocation - Birmingham Business Park in Solihull B37 7YT - with a 50/50 split between working from Home / Office available or potentially for experienced candidates then 100% home working may be considered.Salary - £22,000 - £27,000 negotiable DOEMon - Fri / 9am - 530pmApplications in confidence with a CV and covering note to James McNee of PRIMIS / LSLs internal recruitment functionInternal applicants must discuss your intentions to apply with your immediate line manager prior to your application being submitted.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
