Exciting Opportunity for a Financial Adviser in a Leading Independent Financial Services FirmAre you a seasoned financial professional with a flair for delivering expert advice and exceptional client service Join our thriving independent financial services firm as we expand our team and seek a driven individual to take on the role of FinancialAdviser.Candidate Profile:Were on the lookout for an individual with a minimum of 12 months experience in an advisory capacity within the financial services sector, ideally within an Independent Financial Adviser setting. The ability to provide personalized advice, coupled withoutstanding client service, is a must. Individuals with a paraplanning background aspiring to transition into an advisory role will also be considered.Essential attributes include a personable demeanor, credibility, and the ability to foster trust. Demonstrated experience in building and managing client relationships is highly valued.Educational Background, Training, and Qualifications:Candidates should hold a qualification to CII Level 4 Diploma status. While Chartered status is a plus, it is not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to cultivate and maintain client relationships are imperative.Role Overview:In the position of Financial Adviser, you will provide expert guidance and develop strategies across various financial domains, such as investment planning and pension planning, to support clients in achieving their long-term financial goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering independent strategic financial planning advice.
  • Crafting and conveying clearly defined financial plans and recommendations.
  • Ongoing development of a client base, including managing existing relationships and identifying new opportunities.
  • Staying abreast of financial products and legislation.
  • Ensuring strict compliance with FCA rules and regulations.
