Job Description

Sellick Partnership have been engaged to recruit a Finance Business Partner for one of the largest property management organisations in the North East. As Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in a wider range of activities that supportthe groups strategic objectives. Following a recent aquisition, there is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in supporting the business in delivering its challenging and ambitions plans.Responsibilities:

  • Preparing financial appraisals on investment proposals, ensuring future investment plans are sustainable
  • Calculate, review, and propose rent and services charges for new and existing properties
  • Develop 30-year financial models, incorporating stress testing and cash flow planning
  • Carrying out VFM and NPV modelling that will inform investment planning
  • Providing monthly management accounts and supporting performance data to enable essential insight into service delivery
  • Take a lead role preparing and submitting statutory returns and management accounts for a group of companies
  • Review, design and implement new business insight in the form of performance data or financial controls and models
  • Analyse and advise on corrective action required to address poor financial and non-financial performance
The successful Finance Business Partner will have the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders decision making, possess highly developed leadership skills in the Business Partnering environment and ideally hold and accounting qualification.Benefits:
