Your Role:As a Finance Admin Assistant, youll be at the heart of financial operations, contributing to our clients continued success. Heres a sneak peek at your main responsibilities:
  • Sales Ledger and Credit Control: Keeping financial records in check.
  • Accounts Payable: Ensuring bills are paid promptly and efficiently.
  • Expenses Administration: Managing and organising expense claims.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Turning numbers into insights.
  • Bank Reconciliation and Treasury: Keeping finances shipshape.

  • Bring Finance Expertise: Have previous experience in a finance team.
  • Tech Savvy: Be proficient in cloud-based bookkeeping software like Xero or similar.
