This well-established North East firm is looking for a Family Solicitor to work out of either their Newcastle, or the Sunderland office.The Family Solicitor will be used to working with a caseload of around 70 files and work across divorce, injunctions, children act work, ex pat work and pre-nuptial agreements. There will be no care proceedings and no legal aid.As the successful Family Solicitor you will join a firm with a great working from home policy (1 or 2 days per week from home), a team with 3 solicitors and a paralegal, you will not be required to fill in 6 minute time sheets, and you will have charge outrates that are comparable to the bigger firms.You, the Family Solicitor, will gain great benefits, including a generous salary and regular pay increases.
