Taking a holistic approach, you will develop and own the technologyarchitecture, ensuring seamless integration across their enterprise. Your work will directly impact this organisations ability to provide exceptional services to the community while making strides in preventative healthcare and addressing health inequalities.Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of architects, defining and developing a re-use approach to drive architectural excellence across the organization.
  • Create comprehensive "as-is" and "to-be" architectures, documenting solution architectures and preparing technical artifacts for assessments and business cases.
  • Conduct investigative analysis, facilitating scoping and priority setting for complex changes, providing options appraisals and recommendations.
  • Translate designs into user-friendly processes and systems, tackling uncertain and complex business problems head-on.
  • Provide hands-on leadership to a multidisciplinary scrum team and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Take a leading role in identifying and promoting good practices, driving the adoption of design standards, trends, and patterns.
Essential experience:
  • Understand benefits of Enterprise Architecture,
  • TOGAF
  • Have expereince in building an Enterprise Architecture practice/function.
  • Understand the governance and benefits of developing the architectural maturity of the organisation.
  • Ability to set technology standards.
