Job Title: Email Marketing Manager Location: Newcastle Salary: £30k - £35kOur client has a mission to make the online world accessible for all with major global organisations joining them on their journey. This is why theyre looking for an Email Marketing Manager to help them connectwith thousands of buyers efficiently and effectively, through smart automation and tactical messaging.If youre a creative, analytical, and curious self-starter who can multitask and lead; If you wish to work in a rewarding and ambitious company then you will love this Email Marketing Manager role.Responsibilities:* Define and drive strategy to increase engagement across all email streams, including nurture campaigns, demand generation, onboarding, transactional messages, and re-engagement.* Own prospect and customer email communication development and execution with content, relevancy, smart segmentation, and personalization to drive customer engagement and adoption.* Plan and execute ongoing testing (layout, format, frequency, copy, etc.) to continuously improve email performance focused on user engagement driving towards our KPIs.* Provide ROI and measurement reports to the wider management team.* Leverage data to prioritize initiatives, including own automated dashboards to measure and report on campaign progress and effectiveness.Requirements:* Email Marketing: 4 years (Required)* B2B Marketing: 3 years (Required)* Proven track record of managing and developing automated email lifecycle campaigns and understanding of leveraging email against other marketing channels.* Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing revenue-generating activities.* Strong copywriting skills.* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail.* Experience in mapping an existing customer journey and alignment of automated campaigns.* Good knowledge of customer behaviour and key trigger points and a strong understanding of customer data and segmentation.* Team player: has a positive attitude with excellent communications skills, able to work collaboratively in different scenarios.* Resourceful: lateral thinker, autonomous, adaptable, organised, able to multitask and work to tight deadlines.* Inquisitive: wants to learn new things, asks relevant questions, self-motivated.Benefits:* Great culture & working environment - awesome views of Newcastle Quayside* 30 days annual leave including Bank Holidays* 10 days workcation* New kit of your choice* Pension & Healthcare* Genuine Meritocracy* Fun social sceneIf this sounds like something you would be interested in, click "apply" and well get things rolling.
