Reed Construction are proud to represent an Integrated Security System to appoint an Engineering Technician to their office in Newcastle.Electrical InstallerYou will have a complete understanding and be able to demonstrate at least ONE of the following disciplines: Access Control, CCTV, Intruder, Power fenceGallagher Security Systems (Access Control or Perimeter)You will be forward thinking with an eye for detail.You will be expected to work alone and as part of a team and effectively plan your day to day works.Role & Responsibilities:Fault diagnosis on Electrical Fence, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms systemsInstallation of bespoke security systemsPlanned preventive maintenances on bespoke security systemsDetecting and reporting defects, snags and complaintsResponsibility for Van Stock / Replenishment and Stock TakingCompetency in problem solving and an ability to make diligent recommendationsDemonstration to Clients and End Users of completed systems or individual work(s)Arranging PAT and Meter Calibrations for company issued equipmentCompletion of Asset Tagging and Registration of InformationCandidates must be PC and IT literate as recording of data and email are an important job requirement"The role includes the opportunity to work around the UK in paid accommodation and work weekends with a pay increase.If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply with your CV today.
