Job Description

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be recruiting for a Document Specialist on a 12 month contract for a prestigious client based in Central Newcastle.The roleWe are currently recruiting for a Newcastle based Document Specialist to work Monday to Friday 9.00- 17.00 in our Newcastle Hub working Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days working from home each week. You will be working as part of a motivated teamto provide professional, high-quality documentation. You will be working solo in our Newcastle Hub alongside individuals in our London Office. You will therefore need to be confident working on your own and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2016applications.Skills and Experience

  • Proven attention to detail
  • Experience of Excel useful
  • Experience in creative thinking to assist in the redesign of layouts in PowerPoint and general problem solving
  • Willing to learn new skills
  • Experience in working with a team
  • Basic administrative experience required
  • Strong communication and organisational skills required
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible
  • Confident, professional and the ability to use own judgement
  • Previous experience in a legal/banking/accountancy profession is an asset
