Sytner Group have an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager to join the Mercedes-Benz Division, covering the designated market area of Teesside, Sunderland, Newcastle and Carlisle.About the roleReporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will work collaboratively with key stakeholder to provide high quality support and influence positive change. Engaging with the wider team, you will lead a number of exciting initiatives and actively contributetowards the implementation of the HR People Strategy.In a fast paced environment, you will be responsible for providing sound professional HR advice and guidance at all levels and across all HR disciplines. Drawing upon skill and experience, you will ensure your stakeholders are compliant with procedural andlegislative requirements, demonstrating intuitive thinking and a pragmatic approach.We are looking for someone who is passionate about people, is commercially aware and understands the needs of the business. You will need to possess a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of employment law and have the ability to apply this with a sensibleand practical approach.Applications from individuals possessing CIPD Level 5 or above in Human Resource Management would be favorable.
