Job Description

TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting a nationally renowned and Legal 500 recognised practice, in building its business in Newcastle. We are currently seeking experienced and dynamic Associate/Senior Associates with at least 5 years PQE to join the DisputeResolution department.Responsibilities: Dispute Resolution Associate/Senior Associate:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters.
  • Conducting legal research, analysis, and providing strategic advice to clients.
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
  • Building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Assist in business development

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in dispute resolution.
  • Strong legal and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
