Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Marketing Executive to work for a young and emerging tech company who work with multi-national companies across several sectors. You will be part of a businesss journey as they develop cutting-edge digital learningtechnologies that transform the way their clients develop skills and on-the-job know-how. You will join a creative team with a company who enjoy a relaxed, friendly, yet focused work environment with a vibrant culture.In this role, you will primarily involve working across the companys social media and communication to help increase the companys online footprint, profile and enquiry levels. Additionally, the company are developing their internal customer communicationchannels and this role will support their aim to improve the way they reach and communicate with new and existing clients through their website, email and social channels.Key responsibilities:

  • Planning, creating, scheduling, and reporting on social media campaigns
  • Growing social media engagement through Linkedin, Twitter, You Tube and more
  • Support lead nurturing and lead generation with media campaigns that support the customer journey and marketing strategy
  • Reviewing analytics to help make innovative recommendations and suggestions
  • Identifying new and emerging social media platforms for consideration
  • Utilising Google Analytics to identify engagement and what is working
  • Coordinating email campaigns for prospects and customers
  • Reviewing email campaign analytics and making recommendations and suggestions
  • Website content updates to keep our information fresh and dynamic
  • Working to increase engagement and integration across channels
About you:
  • An individual who is creative, passionate about their work, hardworking and ready for a challenge
  • Previous digital marketing experience in a B2B environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and good organisation skills
  • Experience of using social media management tools and platforms
  • SEO, WordPress CMS and PPC search advertising campaign experience is an advantage
  • An awareness of digital marketing trends and best practice
  • Excellent communication and team working skills
  • The ability to use own initiative and deliver projects to tight timescales as well as taking a creative and innovative approach.
  • Creative copywriting skills would be hugely beneficial
