Job Description

The companyWave Direct are a fast-growing, award-winning spa and stand-up paddleboard retailer that launched its own brand in 2018, growing to an annual turnover of £13 million. Our focus is to develop premium leisure products at affordable prices, primarily focused onfulfilling via our own DTC platforms and 3P channels.We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive to anchor our new marketing function reporting directly to the Ecommerce & Marketing Director. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to work across the full digital spectrum coveringbrand awareness, communications, and drive sales across our various DTC platforms.The role

  • Deliver all activity across all Paid and Non-Paid traffic driving activity including (but not limited to), paid search, shopping, remarketing, display, and social media.
  • Support the creation and delivery of brand and campaign content; copy, graphics and imagery that can be used across multiple channels; website, social and blogs etc.
  • Develop strong knowledge of paid media bidding, ad copy structure, keyword selection, and channel optimisations to ensure maximised ROI.
  • Add support to the ongoing optimisation eCRM programme including the growth of the consumer database.
  • Utilise different marketing channels to understand how one activation can operate across multiple channels to drive efficiencies.
  • Support with analysing, reporting and implementation of new marketing activities. The opportunity to identify opportunities, feedback performance, and propose actions to the Ecommerce & Marketing Director.
About you
  • A broad understanding of digital marketing with a strong emphasis on delivering against commercial and marketing KPIs to meet the company objectives.
  • Self-motivated individual with a desire to test new ideas and an appetite to think outside the box.
  • A strong IT literacy and ability to self-navigate and self-train across various analytical, stock and backend systems.
  • The basic ability to use Photoshop to develop social media assets from templates would be helpful.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills. The ability to analyse and draw conclusions from data.
