Operating globally, we are a well-known provider of pest control, washroom hygiene services and interior and exterior plants for businesses.Due to continuous expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team based in our office in Newcastle, to support our Recruitment programme.As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will support the Recruitment team by owning the careers website and will be responsible for improving and updating its content, structure and overall organic search performance. You will also optimise the site for priority search terms whilst driving organic visitors in order to increase candidate applications for our external job postings.Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will work closely with the recruitment team, digital marketing team as well as the wider Marketing team. Researching keywords and developing keyword strategy, you will continually review how the careers website is performing and make sure we have the best content in the right format, as well as being able to post on social media.In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with defining target pages for each priority keyword or phrase. You will also update the companys career website with appropriate keywords to ensure we have great content that reads naturally and performs well with search engines, as well as updating the site meta data.Your other duties will include:
