Job Description

The companyNigel Wright is recruiting for a digital marketing executive to join a North East based eCommerce business. The company sell branded consumer goods on an international level and have continued to grow organically throughout the time they have been established. This role will join a head office function within an existing marketing team. They are looking for an experienced digital marketer who will take on the day to day management and creation of an SEO strategy, including data analysis, in addition to other areas of digital marketing as part of a team.The company have a hugely positive company culture having had no staff turnover in the last 2 years, and this role is available as a result of a promotion. Candidates seeking a role with long term development opportunities are sought to join this hardworking and sociable marketing team.Job description• Own, develop and implement effective SEO strategies in line with current standards both from a technical, content and link building perspective.• Performance monitoring and analysis of all marketing channels, proposing short and long term actions for improvement.• Use HTML and CSS to implement and update CMS pages in collaboration with the design team.• Maintain and improve the product catalogue using suggestions from the team and your own initiative.• Contribute to and assist with the overall marketing strategy including social media, PPC, affiliate marketing, email marketing and retargeting.Person specification

  • Search Engine Optimisation (ideally 1+ years experience)
  • Google Analytics / Search Console experience
  • Good HTML / CSS understanding
  • Strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Confident in data analysis
