Job Description

Job Description We’re looking for a talented digital campaigns specialist to join our EMEA regional marketing team. As part of our enthusiastic regional field marketing team, you’ll create value by supporting the EMEA go-to-market organisation to generate pipeline and activate leads.You will be part of a truly international organisation.   • Plan (with Regional Marketing Managers and EMEA sales leaders) and drive digital campaigns and activities across all territories/markets utilising SEO, display advertising, email nurture and account based marketing tactics.
  • Develop, implement, track and optimise digital and email marketing campaigns in EMEA, closely working with marketing and sales colleagues, and Partners where appropriate; Responsible for EMEA digital marketing activity to deliver quality new leads.
  • Develop, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page and bidding optimisations, automation, budget management and competitor analysis.
  • Execute and action routine website audits (for the EMEA region) to ensure that the websites exceed web quality standards, based on SEO best practice.
  • Together with Marketing Communications, ensure regional online brand uniformity, content production and delivery across all digital platforms including (but not limited to) Website, Video, Social Media, Partner and third party listings and content.
  • Help team to research and recommend new ideas for compelling "storytelling" content to push through digital mediums at a regional level.
  • Work with Corporate Marketing and Regional team to ensure high quality differentiated content production and delivery that supports campaigns and events.
  • Continually seek new and creative ways of efficiently maximising appropriate and relevant content delivery.
  • Utilise internal tools to put relevant processes and tracking in place in order to evaluate digital campaign success; Recommend programs, tools and new concepts for adoption where appropriate.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital and email marketing campaigns, and assess against clear global goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Qualifications Key traits and skills we’re looking for:
  • 5+ yrs digital and email marketing experience, consistently meeting/exceeding campaign delivery targets
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering customer-centric, differentiated high impact digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven ability to drive campaigns from plan to close, using of digital marketing platforms, paid social channels and other e-channels.
  • Experience using marketing automation, CRM and CMS tools (Pardot, Salesforce and Webflow preferred), including experience in campaign set up and reporting in CRM
  • Basic HTML coding
  • Ability to manage own time, priorities and workload
  • Stellar organisation and project management
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Technically-minded
  • Ability to constantly reassess and adjust course
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible and self-aware
  • German language skills preferred but not essential
