Employer description:We are a fresh and fast-growing social media advertising agency that grows and scales businesses with paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat and more.We enjoy working with businesses all over the world, from Newcastle to Vegas, unlocking and igniting their potential.Overview:This is an exciting opportunity for a young, self-driven person who would like to ignite their own potential and start their Digital Marketing career.Alongside your apprenticeship, you will be provided with an incredibly advanced learning platform, with access to some of the best teachers and training in the world, to help develop your skills fast and learn from not just watching, but from hands-on experience.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the business, industry and communications platforms
  • Learning and implementing digital marketing campaigns such as paid social ads, website blogs and email marketing
  • Researching opportunities (training provided)
  • Managing the business’ organic social media pages, posting content, measuring, recording and reporting results (training provided)
  • Writing engaging blog content (training provided)
  • Reviewing and auditing website performance via Google Analytics

  • Experience required: Zero. The number one requirement is a passion for digital marketing
  • Social media knowledge and skills are preferred
  • A hunger and drive to learn in order to be the best digital marketer you can be
  • The courage to put learnings to the test, with a humility to learn from it objectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • First class organisational skills
  • Proactive nature and the drive to succeed
    • Desired qualifications:5 GCSE’s, including English and Maths at GCSE grade C/5 or above.Hours per week:37.5Salary£10,000 - £12,000 per annum (depending on experience)Additional benefits:
