Job Description

Business Unit: Technology Operations & Cyber SecuritySalary range: £24,800 - 31,000 per annumTake control of your careerOur Team Working in Security Operations is a big deal as we play a key role in keeping Virgin Money safe. Were on an exciting journey with a big vision as we grow our team to enhance our security and cyber operations.The Cyber Security Strategy & Culture team work with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, and are responsible for ensuring the latest industry best practice on security awareness is embedded in to our programmes.The Cyber Security Strategy & Culture Co-ordinator will provide vital support to colleagues who aim to educate our employees about the importance of cyber security.What youll be doing…

  • Assist the team in the development, collation and sharing of our cyber strategy documentation.
  • Assist the team with the distribution of clear, concise and informative communications for colleagues, tailored to the target audience.
  • Support the Cyber Security Strategy & Culture Team to continue to build and deliver high-quality security training to colleagues.
  • Support the team in developing and delivering a communication plan for all strategy and culture deliverables.
  • Administration of the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites for Cyber security culture and awareness materials.
  • Support in maintaining a variety of communication platforms.
  • Support in the scheduling and deployment of communications via content management channels.
We need you to have…
  • Proven experience in a project management type of role.
  • Experience developing project plans, tracking progress and making sure events and tasks are on track and completed on time.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including O365 suite of tooling and Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Experience with Adobe Insights and PageTiger software for content creation and management.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Evidence of being organised and proactive.
Its a bonus if you have but not essential
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
