In this role you will take on a broad range of responsibilities, with a central focus onensuring that clients receive high quality customer care.Our client offers several services in a range of industries, from providing remote Wi-Fi on film and TV sets to delivering data connectivity services in commercial properties. The clientele is extensive, including international outfits such as Skechers UKand Cushman and Wakefield. They have also provided data on the sets of several well-known Netflix series, from Sex Education 3 to The Witcher.In this role you will interact with their client-base in a range of different contexts, providing opportunities to develop skills in variety of industries.The RoleAs part of the Newcastle-upon-Tyne office, you will proactively look for ways to improve performance and efficiency within the team and will implement procedures to achieve these improvements. You will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure the wholedepartment is given support where needed.Alongside your internal responsibilities you will be involved in all areas of customer service. You will take calls from clients, report and manage faults, and consult with engineers.You will also process Broadband orders (ADSL, Fibre), Phone orders, and Line orders on the Openreach Reseller Portal (WLR3).Finally, there will be some opportunity for travel to client sites and different operational sites.Requirements Strong customer service skills, including clear and confident phone manner Exceptional understanding of IT and computing (qualification not required - even if you code as a hobby, we are keen to hear about it).
