Customer Service Manager - Newcastle NE4PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an Experienced Customer Service Manager to join an ELITE Appointed Representative Partner Firm (AR) of PRIMIS Mortgage Network’s Mortgage and Protection Advisory operation. The role is to service the customers of this exciting, dynamic and highly successful Mortgage and Protection business based in NE4, Newcastle. The firm are an extremely dynamic and growing business with high growth aspirations and are keen now to recruit a Customer Service Manager to assist them on their journey to further success and expansion.The role would include regular engagement with the existing Customer Base of the business with the purpose of the role being that the regular contact will ensure that the firm are at the forefront of that customers mind when their next financial transaction is looming.This transaction may be that their current mortgage deal is expiring and need advice, it may be that they have a further addition to their family and now need a review of their Life protection arrangements or it could mean that the customer has their Home Insurance renewal and would like a more competitive quote - the role is in essence to drive business through to the expert advisors - be it the Mortgage Advisory experts in house, The Life Protection Team or the Home Insurance Team.The role is employed with basic salary of £20,000 - £24,000per annum DOE with an OTE of £40,000 - £50,000.A large part of the remuneration for the role will be Commission for the successfully converted referrals that you generate, and so, the total OTE for the role would be in the region of £40,000 - £50,000. The successful candidate will be an experienced telephone based customer services executive, be a stand out communicator, show dynamism - overall a great seller.PRIMIS Mortgage Network - a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business - LSL Property Services plc, the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 2500 advisers in the UK across some 900 firms.
