Job Description

Exciting New Opportunity- permanent and full time- Home based until offices reopen and then based from Cobalt Business Park Start date 6th April Over the past 12 months our award winning client has continued to grow and provide a consistently high level of service to new and existing customers.As a Customer Service Adviser you will provide existing customers with first class care and guidance, dealing with and processing a range of queries regarding their savings.Our client doesnt believe that excellence can be timed, therefore deadlines to resolve queries are not in place, each customer is treated in a way that fits with their needs.You will be resolving queries in relation to savings products as well as working on a variety of interesting administration tasks which are allocated daily.No two days are ever the same and Advisers are always working on a range of rewarding tasks.Additional Information35 hour week spread over 5 days which will include weekends. (1 in 4)About YouYou will be confident when dealing with customers over the telephone. You will also be corresponding with customers via email and letter therefore strong data entry and written communication skills are essential.Proven experience in a contact centre environment, positive can do’ attitude and the desire to provide excellent customer service will be your key to ongoing success in this role.You will currently be in or previously worked in a contact centre position in the last 12 months, have a sound knowledge of systems and IT enabling you to carry out the role ensuring customer service is at a high standard.Competitive benefits package, some of which include:
