Job Description

Huntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisors with excellent customer service experience to join an exciting campaign for a long-standing client. If you have call handling experience, a passion for providing excellent customer service and are lookingfor a new challenge, then we have a great role for you.Start Date: End of May and throughout June 2024Salary: £12 per hour plus a competitive bonusLocation: Working from home - Client is looking for advisors who can commute to office in Newcastle if requiredWorking hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week shift pattern between Monday to Saturday, 8am - 8pmWhat Huntswood can offer:

What Huntswood is looking for:
  • Customer service experience, ideally in financial services or telecommunications
  • Call handling and complaint resolution experience
  • Experience of upselling would be desirable
  • Suitable work space at home with strong broadband connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
  • Good MS Office skills, particularly MS Word
